Cross country skiing in Indre Østfold

With cold and snow also come the ski slopes to Indre Østfold. When the weather conditions make it possible, many kilometers of groomed cross-country trails are driven up in Indre Østfold's forests.

Here we have compiled an overview of places where pistes are usually run. An updated overview of all the ridden trails can be found at www.skiporet.no.

We also have two artificial snow facilities in the region in Spydeberg and Ørje.

INNER EAST FOLD

Askim Light trail - 4.5 km. Start at Askim church or Askimhallen Solbergfosslinna - 7 km one way. Start at Askim fire station Korsgård school - round of 2.5-3 km. Start at Korsgård school Askim golf course round of 4-4.5 km. Start at Askim golf course

Båstad The light trail and on the field south of the school - 4 km one way. Start at Båstad school

Army land Light trail in Hærland - 2.5-3 km. Start at Myrås

The whey Høytorp fort - small lap of 500 metres, and a longer lap of 1 km. Start at Høytorp fort

Endure Light trail - 2.8 km. Start at Slitukrysset Rudsmosen - 1 km one way, and can continue into the light trail. Parking space along Morstongveien, close to Morenen shopping centre Mørkved starting in the illuminated trail - 7 km one way from the illuminated trail. Start at Slitukrysset Route of the Baglerrennet starting from the light trail - 7 km one way from the light trail. Start at Slitukrysset

Spyderberg Holli round - 6 km. Start at the Kyllinghuset on Olavsrud farm Spydeberg Skiarena Artificial snow facility - 2.5 km Skimtefjell - 8 km. Start at Stegen old school Dark golf course - 5 km on the 18-hole course, in addition to 1 km on the 9-hole course Artificial snow facility - 3.1 km of artificial snow track.

Trøgstad Lysløypa/Trøgstad Sparebank round. The route from Skjønhaug school about Gravtjern is approx. 3 km. There is a loop along the trail, called Furukollrunden, of approx. 2 km. A total of 5 km. Gravsjordet - 1.5km Start at Esso in Skjønhaug

Trømborg Light trail - 9 km. Start at Trømborg church Trømborgfjella - Trail network connecting Fjella, Marker and Rakkestad. The main trail from Dynjan to Kulevannsaga is approx. 9 km

Start at: Dynjan in Trømborg. Igletjern in Trømborg (approx. 3 km to the main trail). Slora on Hærland (approx. 3 km to the main trail.

Changed Light trail – 3.5 km. Start at the Sports Ground The tour - 20 km. Start at the sports field at Skiptvet

Highlight Kjølen Sportcenter - 2.2 km, of which 1 km is illuminated track, artificial snow system. Wiig to Lysholm - 6.4 km. Start with Wiig Kamperud to Lysholm and the light trail - 4.5 km to Lysholm. 11.1 km to the light trail. Start car park at Kamperud, under the old E18 Korsmyra - Light trail 5 km one way.
